Phonecity - outstanding service level.

Skye and Jonathan at Phonecity are incredible! My daughter had lost her phone and Phonecity processed the claim within a day. Skye was awesome as she managed to work a deal where my daughter would receive the phone colour of her choice at NO additional cost.

Jonathan, the CEO offered to courier the phone to my daughter in UK, free of charge.

This is just absolutely amazing service from Phonecity. I am so impressed at this level of customer centric service.

I highly recommend Phonecity and will use them again in the future to purchase my replacement phone.
