I went into the Phonecity shop located in the Discovery Building and was welcomed by Christo who helped me select the right USB memory stick for my photography project needs. Not only was I greeted warmly and offered great service but he and his manager gifted me with a complimentary waterless hand sanitiser too. Talk about icing on the cake.
