PhoneCity Amazing Service

Phonecity was tasked with replacing my Ipad via insurance. The service I had from them was nothing less than amazing. It's less than 24 hours since they first contacted me and I have already received my new device. The follow-up and effort to go above and beyond is incredible. I inadvertently called the CEO, John, who had just had surgery but was also willing to assist and support. Special mention to GM John and Sindi.
