Thanks for the Absolutely incredible service I received. I want to especially compliment the Sales Manager, Palesa Kau, who was dealing with my Discovery Insure Claim to replace my broken iPhone 6s with a brand new upgrade to an iphone 7. She responded immediately to my request and kept me up to date all the way and definitely went the extra mile . The other person I want to gave a compliment is your receptionist, Cindy, aswell. Her services and friendliness was something I am not used to. I will rate all of you a 10/10 for absolutely outstanding friendliness and great service. Well done to Phone City and everyone who work there can be proud of the company they work for.
