Great Customer Service!

I went to Phone City Head Office today, 11 October 2018 and I had the best customer service experience ever... Cindy the lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. She even made us espresso coffee :) And then the CEO, Jonathan came in and he remembered both my name and surname from speaking to me on the telephone. I was really impressed by that especially because i have a difficult surname and most people usually dont remember it or call me by it... Overall my visit to collect my new phone was very charming and impressive . I also got a free screen protector with my new phone ...Hip Hip...Hooray to that! Now I know where to go in future when I need a new phone... I rate them 100% for great customer service
