GREAT - AMAZING - AWESOME SERVICE

I dropped my iPhone 7 plus in water, insurance decided to fix and after 4 weeks of silence, was told the phone was not worth fixing.

Upset that it took so long of no one coming back to me, they promised someone from Phonecity would call with a replacement rather.

Phonecity called and WHAT A PLEASURE!! excellence service. Truly, this is te best service i have EVER received.

They did not have stock of the iPhone and upgraded me to an iPhone XR for no extra cost and threw in a free tamper glass worth R200.00 and all was delivered same day of having the conversation.

I was at the point of cancelling the insurance given the service, but these guys have made up for the not so great service from insurer and I'm taking all my damaged phones to them.
