Fantastic Service from Phone City's CEO and staff

We are often very quick to complain when the service we receive is not what we expect, but take good service for granted.

I went to Jhb for a weekend and got pick pocketed. I put my claim through on the Friday and was connected with the CEO of Phone City. It was at about 16h00 and the offices had loadshedding. He contacted me the moment the claim was approved and said I could come pick up my phone. I had not paid the access as I did not have the means to without my phone. They have a very strict policy not to handover phone replacement until the access has been paid. However, he handed over the phone to me without having paid the access. Over and above that he gave me 2x free tempered glass valued at R199-00 each for free.

I was treated with the utmost respect and hospitality by both Jonathan and the amazing lady at reception, we were offered ice cold water and the process was quick and easy. Now this is what I call good service and walking that extra mile for your customers.
