Exceptional Service

Its funny how we've forgotten the value of good good service, how service seems to have faded away.

Today I was reminded what great customer service is, that you can provide service that's just good or you can exceed your customers expectation.

Thank you Jonathon for the exceptional service, sometimes energy resonates and the amount of energy you had in assisting my, resonated and I walked not not only assisted in what I wanted but also full of energy:)
