It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mike at your branch in the Discovery building. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, from the time I booked the phone in to when I collected it. He is very friendly and well spoken. I'll definitely refer my colleagues to Phonecity because of this as well as the prices which isn't too high.
