Josh from Phonecity assisted us with a replacement phone. We submitted the claim on a Friday afternoon. On Monday morning we confirmed with insurance that we wish to have the phone replaced. Within 30 minutes after confirmation, he phoned confirming the delivery address and sent the documents for the excess straight thereafter. Friendly and excellent service.
