Best service you can get ever in SA

I just have to come and give you my journey with Phonecity,

These guys are awesome, there committment to give every individual a greater service than any other cellphone company's.

I was treated with so much respect and had one on one interaction with the CEO of Phonecity, not a self-service portal..

My phone was delivered as promised, best part is that the CEO was available on a public holiday to guide us to collect the phone from the courier agency..you don't find this service anywhere in SA from any cellphone dealer company.. I've tried them all and have not come across this..

Watch this company, it will grow and become very large.

Keep the one on one service like capitec, customers like to see, and feel respected..

This is no Micky mouse business, attitude and professionalism goes a long way..

The phone supp**** is delivered as promised in Less than 24hours, sealed carefully, with an extra added for free...

I would recommend Phonecity not only to the public but also to any insurance company for replacements of their customers, the will smile and keep you your clients..
