Awesome personalised customer service

Phonecity has an amazing approach to customer service, i've never experienced one like it. They have a second-to-none customer relation, their office kept calling and kept in touch to make sure that i was clear and understood every bit of the process - arranged for my new phone to be delivered the next business day. It's not everyday one comes across such heart warming and personalised customer service. I really appreciate their enthusiasm their positive outlook and the great service.
