Awesome Customer Experience - Very Impressed

I had submitted a claim about 5 weeks ago and was unable to immediately action the excess for the payment, I contacted Phonecity this morning at 8.43am and my call was answered by an extremely kind and friendly gentleman by the name of Mr. Mark Levy. He was extremely understanding that I could only settle the excess today being the 30th of June to receive my cell phone. I also explained why I had contacted them 5 weeks later, as my daughter was in hospital and that it was just and extremely difficult month for me juggling homem hospital, work and 2 kids, Mr Levy advised that he would have my phone delivered by Monday the 4th of July, which is 2 working days, I really has not expecting the delivery so quickly as I advised Mr Levy that I am away for a follow up appointment for my daughter with the DR. Mr Levy asked when I would like the courier to delivery and offered to deliver any address free of charge. I then made the payment and received a call within 5 minutes confirming payment was received, and Mr Levy advised over and above the delivery of my phone, he was including a smart watch as a gift for my daughter. I was so surprised and so humbled at the level of kindness; I then received an email confirming the delivery address and a reply to my email and a 3rd email and a 4th email which confirmed dispatch. I am honestly so impressed with the Customer Service, which was so genuine, having been in a service industry for over 22 years, customer service is key to any business, and this is no longer as it used to be, I had such bad experience with a claim for another cell phone for my son in December and I am insured for both phones with the same company. All I can say is WOW, I am so AW-STRUCK at your efficiency, turnaround time, customer service and just everything. Thank you Mr. Mark Levy for all your assistance, it has really brought a smile to my face and I hope that Auto and General will use you for all their mobile claims, I cannot imagine any less after my experience with you. I am a working adult who thrives on customer centricity and relationship building - all I can say is that I have really never had such awesome customer experience in almost forever, one call made to you followed by 4 emails and an SMS sent fromback from you which included wishing my daughter well and a free gift, all so unexpected..
