Amazed!!

I am truly amazed at the service received by Jonathan and PhoneCity. After my insurers called stating they would be replacing my cell phone, Jonathan called not 15 min later stating they had received the request and would be replacing my phone the same day. Jonathan and the couriers kept me up to date on the progress and literally within 2 hours the phone was delivered. I was also offered an upgrade at no additional cost. This is exceptional service and I definitely will be using PhoneCity again for any further purchases and will be recommending to friends and family. 10/10 service and communication!
