Phone web in Atlantis-Terrible customer service!!!

What a disgrace! I was at phone web today and can't believe how unfriendly, unpleasant and reluctant the one female staff member was to help me print something for my daughter's school project. She rudely made all sorts of agitated sounds, gritting her teeth and excuses as to why she could not assist me. SHE just refused to try and understand what it was I trying to tell her about the size the pictures should be printed.

I will never ever set foot in this place again. The customer service is pathetic!!!!
