Terrible Service

Terrible service. Booked a Samsung phone in for repair on 6 January 2016. 21 February now and still no phone. They rarely answer their phone and if you eventually make contact they are full of excuses. They tell you that they will phone you back with updates but this never happens. Will never use them again.
