Replaced my screen with a generic, failed to return my original box, don't get back to you

<p>Phone fix agreed to fix my iPhone 6s for 3200. They came and fetched my phone and returned it on the same day as promised. However I gave it to them in my original iPhone box which wasn't returned but he said he would bring it the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>About 2 weeks later, I fell and my phone broke again, not badly, I can still see the screen but it broke nonetheless. Having been guaranteed a 3 month warranty, I contacted phone fix to have my phone fixed again and also to ask about my cellphone box. Since then I have messaged them several times and have had no reply. At this stage, I don't even want them to fix my screen, I just want my box back!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took my phone to vodacom, they informed me that the screen was a generic and that's why it broke again so easily.</p> <p> </p> <p>They were so prompt when I wanted to have my phone fixed but now that they have to live up to their 3 month warranty at their own expense, they just don't bother!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>so frustrated, most certainly would not recommend them to anyone!</p>
