Outstanding Repair waiting for since May(4 months)

We booked in a cellphone repair a Samsung Star to be fixed,everytime i phone they tell me they are waiting for spares i have phoned numourous times and i get the same result, until today i still have not received my repair when i phoned today they are still waiting for parts..this is the worst service i ever received from a Repair centre<br> <br> Damian
