<p>I signed in with Phonebox in May, 2017, during an event at a college in Toronto. At that moment, the brand ambassadors offered me 2 months for free, unlimited calls and text to Canada and 1gb of internet and cancellation free of charge at any moment.</p> <p>I migrated to another provider before the end of the grace period and now not only they are trying to charge me CAD$101 for the cancellation before 1yr but they also did not stop charging for their services. I'm seeking legal advice</p>
