Phonebox needs to pay back money to a senior citizen

I just recently found out that Phonebox have been debiting my 75 year old mother who only gets a government pension ... and Phonebox have been debiting her for years and she thought it was ABSA taking money as bank charges for sending a sms when she uses her bank card.

I am truly horrified!

We went to ABSA and they have tried to help us block this R60 per month and nothing is helping it still goes off her account.

I truly feel this is beyond ********** and need Phonebox to pay my mother back all the money they took from her as this is unacceptable. She never subscribed to anything, I would love to know how they found her bank details.

Hello Peter team, please help that someone from Phonebox gets in contact with me so this can be resolved. I cant get hold of anyone from them to help us.
