Phone Box......Unauthorized debits

Hi, My wife was contacted by phone box for a contract which never materialised. Since then phone box has been trying to debit her account & because there were no funds in that account the bank charges for unsuccessful debits are now amounting to R480.

She called & the person she spoke to said they will stop the debits but cant do anything about our bank charges
