Use a different company

Initially had decent service and communication from Robin who proceeded to do cabling and router installation at my Guest House. This was not a cheap exercise but unfortunately 3 months later I have discovered there were many shortcuts taken, including not securing cables in conduit where it ran over roofing. Other conduits were not joined together correctly so now water has got in as well. Routers were not secured properly in the waterproof box outside which has led to further complications and frequent dropping of the internet. Clients go nuts when they don't have internet!

Worst part of it is that it should be a relatively simple fix, acknowledgement of poor service and workmanship, however this man has dropped off the face of the earth! Will not answer calls, e-mails, messages clearly not interested in rectifying his poor work and thus gets a dismal review from me
