Unusable Phillips coffee machine and dismal service

We bought a Phillips EP3243 coffee machine from Hirsches. It’s since been back for problems/repairs and services in the time we have had it. I had to take it to their authorised Eurostore Servicetec dealer 4 times in the last 2 months and the issues have still not been resolved and I am left with an unusable coffee machine. They simply state there is nothing more they can do to assist and that’s all there is to it. Absolutely pathetic
