Selling of poor products

I bought a Philips Series 7000 wet and dry shaver \sensitive shave\" from Dischem for R2699.95 on 30 January 2016.On first use of the product my face had bumps like I was a teenager with ****les again. Subsequent shaves turned out to be also very irritating. The shave is also not as close as the much cheaper Braun 3-series, with the result that you would have to shave again in the afternoon.<br> <br> I then complained via email on the designated website declared on their contained warranty card on 1 February 2016. The receipt of the complaint was acknowledged by automated reply that somebody of this Dutch company would be in contact. Until now I have not heard a thing from them.<br> <br> Philips clearly does not care at all about their customers. Do they realise that there are numerous sites where consumers can very negatively rate their products? Maybe the consumer council can make some fire under their ****s"
