PHILLIPS PERFECT CARE STEAM IRON

I bought Phillips perfect care steam iron for R1599 hoping it will be of better service , only to find out that i was wrong , on the 11th of September 2021 my iron stopped heating ,nor to steam , it couldn't sense any kind of clothes and i was then forced to go borrow an iron from the neighbour. 15th of September 2021 i took the iron back to Makro river sands , where i was told the iron will be book for repairs for 21 days ,i asked the lady at the help desk that what am i supposed to be using within the next coming 21 days ??? she said unfortunately there's no replacement no alternatives until the iron is back from repairs. i then called Phillips SA on the 16th of September 2021 and i was told there's nothing they can do i must just wait until the iron its back from repairs ........ wow such rude response !!!! what's the use to book an appliance for repairs when is still u the warrant ??? at Clicks if your appliance is still under warrant they give u a new appliance not to wait ridiculous time period. Bad service ever and for a big company like @phillips SA to operate like this its so embarrassing and disappointing
