Phillips Double Up 2019 promotion

Phillips has been running a Double up promotion for 2019,that offers rewards back when you purchase any of their products for R400 or more. Since I purchased my Iron for R650, 2 months ago, I have tried logging on to their website, calling their call centre, chatting to their promoter in store, and to date, I have not had any joy from them. I am disappointed in the brand,i really thought that they were a renowned brand that appreciated their customers.
