PHILIPS RETAIL SUPPLIERS NEED TO BE SHOWN THE KITA PRINCIPAL RE: SERVICING PHILIPS CUSTOMERS

Over the last several years ( 6 or 8 years) I have been forced to by Philips electric wet/dry shavers when the heads wear out because the so called suppliers deny having any responsibility for carrying spares. That's right: I bought a new razor because there were no spares!!!! In this last week I have been sent from pillar to post - all over gauteng in pursuit of a simple head for my electric shaver. Although Philips state on the web page that certain retail chains carry their spares, NOT ONE of them either had stock or admitted to being a supplier.
