Philips has absolutely NO back up on spare blades for their shavers & their follow up does not exist.

I have over a number of years used Philips shavers successfully. I currently sit with 4 by model AT890 or equivalent WITHOUT blades (HQ8). You can currently purchase from Clicks (on special) a Philips Aqua Touch Wet & Dry Electric Shaver for R489. But if you want to purchase replacement blades ------ forget it! DELIVERY IS ESTIMATED BETWEEN 7-15 WORKING DAYS IMPORTED FROM THE USA at a price of R 795 ---------- 3 emails with one replying, saying they will take action on my request. Nothing came of it, another 2 emails with no replies. I eventually phoned Philips SA. asking or their Marketing/Sales director. Left one message at switch board found out their Marketing Director cell No. left message. Waited 3 days phoned again & believe it or not it was answered. Explained my dilemma & was promised they would look into it. ------------------?
