Philips exceptional customer service

I had a problem with a shaver I had purchased. When I contacted Philips, they asked me a few questions, we communicated by email. They sorted out my problem promptly. I have had Philips shavers my whole life, and have no intention of changing ever. Bravo Philips, so may companies are trying to dodge their client obligations these days.
