Philips back up service
I bought six Philip batteries for my radio / CD player.
I wanted to install a new set, at which time I saw that two of them had leaked.
Then began the merry-go-round, after 30 minutes I was given the number of What4 agents, who deal with the battery business.. Mt call was routed to a lady, no name offered. I had forgotten where the batteries were bough, but THOUGHT that it might have bee Game. . They don't supply Game. When I pointed out that I was not sure where they had been bought, I was again told that they do not supply Game, not really helpful as we had already discussed that point.
I desperation I called Philips back, and was given the number ***. When dialled, if the number is not busy, no one answers.
Seems that looking after customers is not a priority at Philips
