Philips Airfryer - what a mission!

I bought a Philips airfryer, and only found when I got it home that I needed to buy four accessories in order to make full use of it. One is not in stock so at least I only paid an extra R1300 for the other 3. The "full colour recipe booklet" contains 4 recipes. When I contacted Philips, they ignored my question regarding the availability of ****in pans, but did send a whole list of URLs in response to my request for recipes. None of them had any recipes. I pointed that out in an email which was ignored. I then went to the Philips website and found a reasonable recipe book. Downloading was painfully slow. Then it froze both my printer and my computer. Sorted that one out and tried to download again to get the last two recipes - could get just over 2 MB of 64! So I will have to develop my own recipes - which will be fun, but time-consuming and probably expensive where my experiments go wrong. Philips used to be a good brand. Not any more! Won't buy a Philips product again.
