Pathetic service from Philips VR Electronics

Took my TV to VR Electronics in PE to be repaired. After 1 month no response. Eventually had to go to them to fetch the TV to take it elsewhere when they told me the TV is not economical to fix. Pathetic - and I still had to pay a fee for the inconvenience. Back to Samsung because at least the can fix a product
