Not so sharp

I bought a Philips Hair Clipper Titanium HC5450 on 12/08/2014 from Dis-Chem, the reason I invested in such a \durable"product was the fact that I groom regularly and found that the cheaper products don't seem to last very long. It has now been 9 months that I have been using this product and I was utterly shocked that the \""titanium\"" blades are ALREADY blunt. I took my product back to Dis-Chem Clearwater Mall on 26/04/2015 with my receipt and explained my problem. I was told that after 6 months the products needs to be repaired by Philips and cannot be replaced. I booked it in and explained that I need this to be urgently repaired or replaced and was assured that Philips would contact me on the Monday. On Thursday"
