Not happy with Philips Products

Hi<br> <br> I recently bought x2 pairs of Philips headphones from Durban. model SHE6000.<br> <br> I used it once and it really hurt my cheekbone, Ive compared it to my older headphones and it seems that the diameter of where the ear plug fits on is larger. Id like to swap these headphones for another set. If theres a price difference, I dont mind paying for it. <br> <br> I went onto your website and lodged my complaint and after a few days, I received an email advising me someone will contact me. You guys sure has a lot of complaints to resolve as I submitted my complaint on the 11th March and no one has contacted me.<br> <br> I also want to complain about my Philips Sound Bar which is out of Sync with my TV. Which is pointless as everything sounds like an echo if I play it with my TV speakers and looks like an old Karate film if I play the sound though the sound bar only.<br> <br> Please help me with my queries. <br> I am sitting with x2 headphones that we cannot use and a sound bar which we cannot use.<br> <br>
