Non payment of promoters

December 13/14 and 20/21, my daughter did a Philips promotion at Makro Montague Gardens, for Platinum Promoters on behalf of Phillips.<br> <br> I am beyond shocked that a company as big as Philips would / could not check who they give their business to and employ ************ companies such as Platinum promoters.<br> <br> My daughter received no training from Janeika, (platinum promoters) she had to phone a lady at Philips to get assistance, then had to submit loads of paperwork as proof that she was working at the times she said. She was promised R1000 for the two week ends.<br> <br> After numerous e-mails, sms's and messages, Janeika has just ignored us, apart from one sms where she asks if we have received the deposit, we reply no and ask on what day was the deposit made, she again goes into silent mode.<br> <br> She is still advertising on her website for promoters and I fear that these people are not going to be paid either. <br> <br> I phoned Philips to ask advice and they said they were aware of it and would follow up. I have never heard from them again. One would think if companies as big as Philips used this Promotions company it would have some credibility.<br> <br> Disgusted and disappointed.<br>
