New Philips 27 inch LED panel with stuck pixel

Good morning. <br> <br> I've had a 27 inch Philips LED panel for around 3 years, and was extremely satisfied with it. So around two weeks ago, I purchased another 27 inch LED panel from wootware in cape town so that I can have multiple 27 inch monitors connected to my PC. I noticed a green stuck pixel. Yesterday, more pixels would appear on the screen (mixture of blue and red), but by gently tapping them with your finger they would disappear. <br> <br> My view is that this product is faulty, and needs to be replaced. I contacted wootware, and they were prompt with a response and reply, but mentioned that Philips does not honour warranty if there is only ONE stuck pixel. I have a problem with this, as the panel is brand new with one stuck pixel, but is showing sings of bigger issues with having pixels that flickers and disappears when gently tapping on them. <br> <br> In my opinion, I've purchased a bad product, and want to share this you all.
