False and Misleading leading competition held by Philips Men South Africa on Facebook

On Friday, 17th of August 2018 Philips Men South Africa held a competition via Facebook called the #MensGroomingDay Competition, whereby the prize for this competition is 1 (one) Philips Shaver to the value of R3,799.99. Resulting in 5 (five) winners to be pulled for this giveaway. . On Thursday, 20th of August 2018. I was contacted by Ogilvy Jedis, informing me that I have been selected as one of the five winners. On Tuesday, 28th of August 2018, I recevied my prize and was very disappointed in the contents that were couried to me. The Competition stated that this was the prize: The prize for this competition is 1 (one) Philips Shaver to the value of R3,799.99. Facebook entries will be considered, resulting in 5 (five) winners to be pulled for this giveaway. However, I received a Mens Clipper. That is in no way to the value of this prize. Your Terms and conditions stated: Prizes 3.1 The prize for this competition is 1 (one) Philips Shaver to the value of R3,799.99. Facebook entries will be considered, resulting in 5 (five) winners to be pulled for this giveaway. 3.6 The prize is not redeemable for cash, and will not be transferable or negotiable. 3.7 The organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prize promoted not be available due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Please explain what happened here. This is unacceptable, especially when you dont abide to your own t'c and c's. In addition to this, I have contacted Philips Men South Africa via Facebook Messenger and on their Facebook Wall, on Wednesday, 29th of August 2018 and Thursday, 30th of August on nobody has responded to my issue.

Is this a **** or a false and misleading leading competition that was held? Also, I believe that I am not the only winner that has received a Hair Clipper instead of the Philips Shaver to the value of R3,799.99.
