False advertising

False advertising! The Philips Double Delite promotion clearly states "Purchase 2 or more Philips products with a minimum spend of R1 500 during the promotion period and get guaranteed family, lifestyle and travel rewards of up to R2 500."

I bought 2 Philips products in December worth over R3000 and now they have rejected my rewards claim, stating only certain products qualify. Where is your "How does it work" statement/terms and conditions does it reflect that? Clearly in contradiction with what was advertised via website as well as printed media. This was confirmed with the Philips salesperson as well before purchase. Now Philips is trying to back out of giving rewards, but clearly their advertising states otherwise.

Called the call centre numerous times and a person by the name of "Adwaa", refuses to supply me with his details as well as the name of his manager. Every time i call he answers and basically says the process stops at him and doesn't want to give me any other avenues for escalation.
