False advertising

Good day. I would like to inform you all of the automotive globes from Philips and the false advertising on the packaging as well as on the Philips page. I have emailed Philips South Africa with no joy as no one contacted me in the said 2 business days. Going on to find that the link they have emailed me to update any information on my email, now has a text saying that my case has been closed. 9 days later (6 business days) still no response. Complete disregard for customers. Those globes are expensive, why the false advertising??? I have pictures and I now see that I rather buy cheap Flea Market globes and be happy with customer service and the look of my vehicle.
