Do not buy Phillips

I bought a Phillips pressure cooker from take a lot. I used the item twice and on the second use the safety valve completely broke. This pressure cooker is now just a fancy type of pot. I have contacted the Phillips contact centre several times to log a complaint regarding the device and initially I got a response saying we are investigating. After two months of investigating I still have had no feedback , no one at Phillips responds to your e-mails. Guys do not buy Phillips because there are no but 0 after sales service from this company on defective products
