Dissapointed

Bought a phillips wet and dry shaver and believe me it wasint cheap, ive always believed in phillips producs since i was small, now im trying to buy replacement blades and all the brand stores tell me you can only buy from phillips direct,well phillips i am highly dissapointed tried calling and mailing you guys on the web site numerous times its been about 3 months now and still waiting for a reply....regret my decisions now...
