Disgusting customer care

Philips, for an international company your customer care is despicable. <br> I have been trying to get a tooth brush head for your Sonicare for over 3 weeks now, however there are none in Gauteng.<br> The only one, and only one head is available, is at a shop in Northcliff, which is ludicrous.<br> How can an international company like yourselves, who sell the Sonicare at Dischem, Clicks, etc not have stock to supply them?<br> And you expect people to purchase Philips products? <br> Really?<br>
