Defective juicer sent back with 'no fault found'
I bought a Philips Avance Collection Juicer less than 2 years ago. It recently started to lose power on the first setting used for softer fruit so much so that it cannot juice properly anymore. Macro sent it to Phillips which has sent it back twice with a 'no fault found' service report. The workshop (Candise) argues that the juicer is still functioning (turning), therefore they refuse to give a refund or replacement. After escalating the manager was supposed to call the day before yesterday, but no call - no joy as yet. I would like a refund. Disgusted with Phillips product and service!
