Pardon my contact with you in this manner but your Philips South Africa website does not provide for an email for your customer service. I will love to praise the Philips appliances from yester-years! I have the attached appliance from Year 1991 and it is still going strong! I love it! Thank you for making durable and excellent appliances in the past. Touch wood, I have not sent this appliance in for no repairs during these past years.
