Beware of quality of Philips kitchen appliances!

I purchased a sandwich maker (snackwich) machine, approximately 2 years ago; I only opened it in January, used it 3 times, and the 4th time it is dead! Went to your repair centre ,they want to charge to assess it, and then say that they do not carry spares! I must rather buy another brand!!
