BAD SERVICE

I bought a Philips XL Airfryer Aug 2022. The top part where the element is, is almost 30% rusted. This was logged on their website twice already (ticket ID: *** & ticket ID: ***) last week. Up until today 22/05/2024 I am still waiting for feedback. Unfortunately, no one answers their phone (***/ ***) so I am not sure what to do.
