Bad quality products sold

The reply from Phillips regarding my 6 month old Coffee machine We have changed the “Pin Boiler Valve” cleaned grinder and output. Checked tested functions ok.

This is unacceptable!

I need a written letter from Phillips that if any thing goes wrong with this machine I will get my money back!
