Back to front

Bought the XL fryer,don't understand why the Recipe book is back to front.The book starts with page 59 and ends at page 1. Obviously the book is for English Arabic speaking people. Here in South Africa and other English speaking countries books start at page 1. Thought Phillips was an international company
