Appalling service and customer care

Paid for a shaver on the 30/06/2015 R3100.00. Almost 2 months later Skymark electronics is unable to either give me my shaver or refund my money...<br> <br> No one @ phillips customer care (ie Skymark electronics) ever gets back to you when messages are left because the person in question (Chris) is always in a meeting. <br> <br> Horrific experience... do yourself a favour never deal with skymark electronics
