Ignoring calls for service & breach of contract

Our telephone system gave in and we called him. He offered to replace our entire system with a second hand system he still had in stock. We mutually agreed on a price and he gave us a six months guarantee on the system. During November 2014, about 4 months after purchase, it started giving us problems. I tried a few times to get him to come out and fix it without success. He was playing for time to get beyond the 6 months guarantee. Threreafter I tried many times also without any success (this was now after the 6 months guarantee had expired). I got hold of him on his cellphone twice, and he promised to come, but denied having received my emails on his cellphone calling for help. He never came. For the last two weeks solid I phoned to his cellphone every day (either no answer, or voicemail or he kills the call), I sent an sms as well as an email to both his email addresses without any response whatsoever. I have kept a record of dates of all these calls, sms'es and emails. He was only interested in selling obsolete technology to us without being prepared to mainain it, breaching his 6 months warranty by ignoring us. He is ************* in my opinion and I would not recommend him.
